Each lab report that you complete is required to have a cover page. The cover page needs to be on WHITE UNLINED paper and neatly stapled with one staple to the upper left hand corner of your lab report. The cover page requirements are 
listed below.
1. The title of the lab must be written at the top of the page
2. A hand drawn colored picture corresponding to the lab will be used in the center
3. You must include your first and last name, teacher's name spelt correctly ( Miss Lugerner), period, and date at the bottom
4. Cover pages should be typed. If you don't have a computer you are to NEATLY write it.
